Remember who we serve

Colossians 3 v 23-24
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

So I will bring joy and not pain… So I will do your will amidst the heartache and the shame… When the sun is out, or when the weather is not quite favourable to me… Cause me to see that even in my dislikes you are bringing your purpose out of me… Lord Bless Me… So I will not be a curse… So I won’t settle for last, when you have called me to be first… When the issues of the day become overwhelming… The voices around me are everything except encouraging… Lord Bless Me… May I understand that frequent rejections May be your way of saying change the plan and change direction Lord Bless Me… Let me claim all the promises you have made So I will experience you more and more each day Lord I ask you now to bless me

In your search for peace...

As we prepared for the beginning of our 10th official Fasting and Prayer time (May 25-26, 2016) we were reminded of what Romans 12:18 says... "If it be possible, as much as in you lieth, be at peace with all men." No one is immune to stress and frustration... We will have troubles... Quite often it's how we choose to react to these challenges that will determine our victory or defeat... 1 - Peace with others is necessary for human relationships to flourish. (Romans 12:18) 2 - Peace with yourself. (Colossians 3:15) This is internal and only you can embrace this, no one can give it to you. 3 - Peace with God. (Romans 5:1). Eternal peace from being in a right relationship with God. These three relationships are also covered in the Pour Out In Me PJ Vol. 2. Take time out to assess your own attitude towards peace in your home, in your church, in your work place, at school etc... As we pray, ask the Holy Spirit to give you the peace as outlined in the script...
