Let me say , first of all, I believe with all my heart that keeping a prayer journal is an absolutely great way to spend time with God. Personally, keeping a daily prayer journal where I can journal most of my prayers has been the single most rewarding habit/thing in my life over the past ten years, excluding music... Lol.
